I purchased this cooler instead of the similar size Beverage Aire model because reviews on other sites of the bevaire cooler indicated it was very noisy and I didn't need that in my intimate pub. The Avantco unit arrived pretty quickly and was well packaged. It was relatively light and I was able to get it running pretty quickly. It is very quiet and the bottle opener / cap catcher and locking slides are a nice bonus. Unfortunately, this cooler has a 7 degree temperature differential... meaning that if you set the temp to 33 degrees, the temp will rise to about 40 degrees before the compressor kicks in to start cooling the contents.
