The hinged door provides easy access for both the loading and removal of the displayer's contents.
The rack has 4 levels that can accommodate a total of 22 lb. so you can showcase even the heaviest of desserts. Each level can also hold cakes up to 12" in diameter. The rotating mechanism ensures there are no blind spots, so your desserts are on full display. An on / off switch controls the rotation, allowing you to keep the display stationary while the unit is cooling. The unit must be unplugged to turn it off completely.
