The cutting board works great and is inexpensive, but after 2 months you can already see the wear and tear. It doesn't stay very white for long. So you really need to keep on it with cleaning and sanding it down.

We use this on our sandwich station. Perfect for building paninis for the grill. Once they come off the grill, throw them on here for cutting and plating. Cleans up easily.
