Avantco 1772662111 Cover for FF40, FF50, FF300 and FF400

This is a must have for any food truck with a deep fryer. It saves you on grease splash on the floor as your food truck is in motion. I really glad that I made this particular purchase.

It's a piece of flat steel, what could go wrong. In our case nothing. Arrived on time and has been working great for several years now. Keeps our oil safe!

I purchased this thinking it would give my crew extra work space when the deep fryer is not in use, well needless to say it ended up on the floor more than the deep fryer, so unless your deep fryer is hardly used i do not recommend this. It is made good though

First time buying a cover for my fryer and it fits very well. I'm pleased that it's strong enough to use when it's covered and also helps with keeping the oil clean.

This works great on the advanco fryer. Keeps it from spilling and keeping debris out while hauling on the food trailer. Might need another one

Works as intended for covering up the fryer when not in use. We have a mobile kitchen and it does keep most of the oil from sloshing out, but it would be better with some sort of gasket to seal.

If you have an FF300 or an FF400 you NEED this cover. It fits well and keeps the debris out. Some people use them in mobile units but I don't think it would seal enough to keep all of the oil in unless you drained it down a bit. A good quality product.

Avantco 2662111 Fryer Cover for FF300 and FF400 Deep Fryers - well made cover, not flimsy at all. We bought this hoping it would fit our deep fryer since we can't find one for our fryer specifically. It doesn't fit perfectly but we make it work.

This cover works perfectly for the matching deep fryer we purchased through Webstaurant! Just remember to remove the plastic that is very closely adhered to it on both sides, or else you'll end up with melted plastic stuck to your stainless steel cover. Otherwise they work great !!!
