With an efficient 1-speed, 3/4 hp motor and 600W of power, this unit operates at 1,750 RPM and is ideal for low-volume, light-duty processing tasks. This unit includes a pulse button, so you can quickly and easily process food to the desired consistency. Its build includes a durable base with nonskid feet for secure use, while its direct drive motor with stainless steel motor shaft and stainless steel "S" blade will hold up to the demands of commercial operations.
The bowl comes with a clear, flat lid that has an opening, which makes it easy to monitor processing progress and add ingredients. The lid includes a latch mechanism to ensure a tight seal, and the blades will automatically stop when the the latch is disengaged to ensure safe use for the operator. Additionally, the blade will not spin until the lid is shut and the bowl is locked in place. Plus, the 2.5 qt. plastic bowl holds plenty of product and is easy to clean.
This food processor is easy to control with simple on / off and pulse buttons. This unit is also perfect for small-batch pureeing, chopping, emulsifying, slicing, and grating. Its compact design makes it suitable for establishments with limited counterspace. This unit can be quickly disassembled, making it easy to store away when not in use. It requires a 120V, 1 phase connection for operation.
