Ateco 928 6 3/8" Stainless Steel Cream Horn Mold / Lady Lock Form

It was difficult to find this size mold and I’m glad Webstaurant supplies it. I just made some cream filled puff pastry horns and they turned out lovely and it was easy to remove the steel forms after the pastry was done baking.

These cream horn molds work perfect for my moms baked goods, she said they are the perfect size and the customers love cream horns this size. You have to be careful how you clean them due to them rusting, but so worth it one you figure out what works best for you.

I made cream horns at my bakery. These worked ok, but after they are washed, they almost immediately rust! The puff pastry sticks to them also.

excellent product for cream horns. If you use Pam the pastry easily slides off. They are built well and will definitely last a while however, the open end is razor sharp and several employees have injured themselves.

These are great! The molds are extremely high quality and hold up well through heavy baking. The only downside is that they are a bit small. If you are looking to making normal sized cream horns, I would go for the slightly larger 6-3/8" mold that is available.

This is ordered to make cream rolls. They are small in Size. Look good for what we wanted. Gives cream roll consistent shape nd quality. Shipping arrived in time.

This cream horn mold produce smaller cream horns than you may be use to from a store. The mold does help make nice looking cream horns, despite its smaller size.

This tip is seriously the best for filling cream horns. It gets the cream all the way to the very tip of the horn. It is very easy to clean up and maintain. Definitely recommend.

This is the larger size cream horn mold I was looking for! Perfect for making pizza cones, as well as puff pastry horns filled with whipped cream or custard.

I wanted to try a recipe for cream horns so I bought these to mold them. They work beautifully even without coating with shortening or spray.

Ateco's cream horn molds are very well built. Solid construction and no seam for the baked puff pastry to get stuck on (which would break the delicate tubes). I don't clean mine with water, just rub them clean after use. If you insist on wet-cleaning then put them in a cooling oven to dry or they will rust.

The 4 3/8" Cream Horn Mold is a solid product. The seams are virtually undetectable. There is a small hole in the bottom of the mold which aids in cleaning. I'm pleased with the sturdiness of this mold.

this is a very sturdy and awesome mold. i have used it many times to make a lot of cannolis and even twirl chocolate decorations.
