This are flat tongs that work well for plating just about anything delicate. It is perfect for iced flowers (which is what it is made for) but it also works well to add delicate cutouts or additional designs that would break or flop if scooped incorrectly.
After working hard on making flowers, we do not want to risk having it fall apart while lifting by hand, so I purchased this flower lift. This makes moving delicate decorations easier and less stressful.
