I ordered these Chef & Sommelier Infinity 10-5/8" coupe plates because Villeroy & Boch did not make a similar ~10.5" coupe bone china plate in it's Stella Hotel line. (My existing shelves are not wide, and I needed a plate around 10.5" in diameter.) The quality is not equivalent to V&B. The plates are heavier than expected. The rolled edge diminishes the coupe appearance. The color is not as nice a white. Worst, each plate had a depression in the middle, making them non-flat, as well as wavy in appearance. I don't think they were properly supported during initial firing at the factory. The box said they were 2024 manufacture in Bangladesh. Partial redemption: Webstaurantstore service aided me in returning these plates. (My other purchases have all been without any issue whatsoever, so I remain happy with the store overall!)
