All three rotate to create a spiral mixing style that ensures optimum mixing and produces smooth dough with a fine homogenous structure. It also features reversible bowl directions and produces up to 95 lb. mixed dough per batch. This dough mixer is perfect for restaurants and commercial catering.

Use this dough mixer to make pizza, bread, and bagel dough. This item features 2 mixing speeds as well as 2 programmable timers dedicated to each speed that can be used independently or in combination with the slow-speed timer proceeding the fast-speed timer. It's also designed with manual and timer operation, a safety guard lid, an emergency stop function, and casters with deployable stabilizing feet. Use this mixer with other Arcobaleno items (sold separately) to maximize limited space in your kitchen to prepare delicious food for your guests! This unit requires a 3 phase, 220V electrical connection for operation.
