It features a mixer with 8.8 lb. flour capacity and is designed to mix and extrude pasta all in one. It will help you prepare ample amounts of pasta in a short amount of time. This pasta machine produces up to 30 lb. of pasta per hour depending on the shape and is ideal for restaurants that offer Italian cuisine as well as catering services.
This pasta extruder and mixer sports stainless steel construction, including its large-volume hopper as well as a removable mixer shaft and auger for easy cleaning. The dough is extruded through a solid brass die to create over 150 possible pasta shapes with 11.5 lb. batches of pasta. The extruder also includes an automatic cutting knife for short pastas. This item runs on electricity and features a powerful 120V system. It boasts a compact, portable countertop design and includes a 4' power cord. This mixer / extruder is designed for use with select Arcobaleno accessories (sold separately).
