The lid also has a convenient easy-open tab to quickly access the ingredients inside and allows for stable stacking in commercial refrigerators or near food prep lines.
This food pan's translucent polypropylene construction resists stains and odors and provides optimal product visibility, allowing you to easily identify contents and quantities. The molded-in, permanent label allows staff to record the type of food product, date and time, use by date, and day of the week in both English and Spanish, complying with food safety guidelines. A washable marker (sold separately) can be used for repeated use, helping to reduce costs and waste from disposable food labels. This feature also allows staff to record information on food origins to ensure compliance with traceability regulations.
Also included are 7 interchangeable ColorClip tabs in white, brown, red, green, yellow, blue, and purple to create a color-coded system in your kitchen.
