This APW Wyott 3G-EG-48S 48" electric countertop griddle is designed for maximum speed and versatility. Four independently controlled heating zones give you the ability to perfectly prepare a variety of products. Set one section on high for hamburgers, chicken, or bacon and the other on low for toasted buns or eggs.
The APW Wyott 3G-EG-48S electric griddle has a temperature range of 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit that is controlled by a snap-action thermostat. Its fast-heating elements can reach 350 degrees in only 11 minutes! The griddle plate is 3/4" thick polished steel and is fully welded to the griddle's base, providing even heat distribution and quick recovery. A front grease trough makes for simple disposal and cleanup.
This unit requires a 208/240V electrical connection for operation.

worked great for 6 months . Then had to dump thousands of dollars to fix multiple times . Not a good product if your looking for something that will last .
