Keep employees protected with this Ansell AlphaTec® 68-2000 Model 503 white polyethylene balaclava hood. This hood offers advanced protection against low concentration liquid chemicals and liquid and particulate biological hazards. It is also compliant with EN 14126 and ASTM F1670/1671 requirements for protection against bloodborne pathogens. This balaclava style hood protects your head and most of your face while leaving your mouth, eyes, and nose exposed.
This hood is one size fits most to accommodate a variety of workers. It is constructed of durable microporous polyethylene laminate that offers superior breathability to prevent heat stress. It is anti-static as tested to EN 1149-5 and AATCC 76 standards, and it is low linting to reduce the risk of cross contamination. It is also silicone-free for spray painting applications.
This hood has elastic around the face to prevent particles or liquid from getting inside. This also ensures a snug, optimized fit on your head. This hood has bound seams that are covered with fabric to prevent particle penetration. It is ideal for a variety of cleaning, maintenance, and industrial applications.
