Boasting 4.5kW of power, this unit includes a heavy-gauge 30 gallon steel tank lined with DuraGlas and fired at 1,600 degrees Fahrenheit for optimal protection against corrosion. It also features magnesium anodes for extended tank life, along with dual low-watt density incoloy heating elements for efficient operation and longevity. Its full-flow brass drain valve allows for easy drainage, while the manual energy cut-off feature helps prevent overheating. Its flexible design makes the unit easily field convertible to suit your installation needs.
This unit features 3" thick foam insulation to maximize heat retention. Plus, fully automatic surface thermostats enable optimal temperature control. For added safety, the unit comes with a temperature and pressure relief valve, ensuring pressure regulation for reliable operation. It has a turbulence-inducing dip tube that's built to reduce sediment buildup inside the tank. It comes complete with factory-installed heat traps to minimize standby heat loss. This unit is rated to 150 PSI working pressure and has a 20 GPH recovery at a 90-degree rise. It has an impressive Uniform Energy Factor (UEF) of 0.92. It requires a 240V, 1 phase electrical connection to operate.
