It features 4 spits that can hold up to 5 chickens each, so it can accommodate 16 - 20 chickens at once. Each chrome-plated spit features an individual gear motor. This rotisserie is equipped with (1) 35,000 BTU burner that is made of 2" pipes for efficiency and quick heat recovery. Plus, the 2 1/2" deep stainless steel drip pan keeps chicken moist while cooking.

This rotisserie's compact, countertop design makes it easy to fit into crowded, busy kitchens, and it comes with 6" adjustable cone legs. Plus, the manifold is pre-assembled in a factory, ensuring quick installation on site. For easy maintenance, the spit receptacle is located in a grease-free area. This unit requires a natural gas connection for operation.
