When do I need to use an accessory pad in my Vidacasa display set?
Accessory pads add height to Vidacasa cold cells, so that there is no space between the cell and the serving plate. The Vidacasa H1 cell is slightly thicker than the F10800 cell, so it fits snugly in your Vidacasa insulated base and no accessory pad is needed. However, if you are using the F10800 cell in your insulated base, you must use the pad to make contact with the plate and maintain food safe temperatures.
