American Metalcraft HATP15 15" Heavy Weight Aluminum Wide Rim Pizza Pan

This pan is of excellent quality. This is exactly what I was looking for. It has even heat distribution and crisps up my bread. It is heavy but not too heavy. It cleans easily with just water. The wide rims are a plus for me if I want to make my pizza a little bigger. I recommend these for literally anything even cookies. I love them and they all came in perfect condition. Out of curiosity, I had to order one of these heavy weight aluminum pizza pans to see if they are worth the extra cost. Compared to the less expensive pans offered here, I really like the weight and feel of these pans. If a pizza pan can be luxurious, this one is! Whether or not it is worth investing in a lot of these pans depends on the vibe of your pizza place. Most customers won't be picking these things up to get much of a chance to feel the difference. But your employees might appreciate the added quality and not cutting corners.
