This is the largest bowl of the three black faux slate that we purchased. It is great for serving composed salads on buffets and adds a very sleek look to my presentation. I'm concerned about regular wear/tear and chipping. We received a few bowls that were already chipped in the shipping process(that were replaced, no charge) which makes me think they wont be able to handle regular to moderate usage. Other then that, very nice product.

I have been very impressed with this bowl. It washes easily, it doesn't scratch up and get dull after a year of use because it already has a very effective matte finish. And it holds a lot of stuff!

We bought these for catering. We had "unbreaka-bowls" before, but after less than two years they began to crack, melt, fade and just look bad. These are very heavy weight, and nice. This size would be good for a green salad for 20-25 guests.
