I was very happy to find this American Metalcraft replacement knob a while back I bought their square lids and the handles got a little worn out I saw this and got it very inexpensive to replace it

Great for buying time on your beat up basting cover! Holds up pretty good, unless you forget it on a high heat surface. Im glad they sell these because i would be spending a lot of money on basting covers. Easy to attach.

Knob does not get hot when the lid is sitting on the grill. Awesome replacement but when buying the lids make sure to get the stainless

I was very happy to find these knobs and also at a great price. We have a few knobs that have worn out on our basting covers. Now they are ready for action again.

This knob works great. I am using it with a pizza pan that I drilled a hole in for a lid for a Wok. Mocked up picture shows what I mean.

Bought this knob as a replacement as the last one was stripped out. It is hard to keep these tight and I worry about the screw ending up in someone's grilled cheese. Just needs a screw driver to keep it tight, so we keep one in the kitchen.

Extra knob for square or circle food grill cover. Its better to replace the handle then the buy a completely new square cover. Easy to put on.

Had the cover tops but overtime the handles tops have become loose. These replacements allow me to not have to buy new covers and just replace.

Bakelite replacement knob I used it for my hamburger covers. They work great and never get hot on my griddle. Melts cheese fast. I love it!

This replacement knob was actually better than the original that came with the bistro dishes. It uses a stainless screw to hold it rather than a plastic interference fit. Good choice.

The item was exactly what I was looking for. Fit perfectly... lid is now useful again... do not have to purchase a brand new pot lid. Should last until next holder is broken, upon which, I will purchase another replacement unit.

These are a good thing to keep around for when the basting covers are tossed around and the knob breaks. These are very easy to install.

I used this knob to turn one of my 3qt mixing bowls into a dome for my flat grill. Great at resisting heat and has held perfectly since it's been attached. It's hard to find these at this price.

Simple replacement knob as the original was missing one. I suggest getting an extra one anyway in case the original cracks or gets lost as they screw on.

These knobs are universal on most of my pots and pans and I love them for when the others either break or melt by accident.

The knob that came with our original pan cover busted in half after dropping it once. This was a direct replacement and has been dropped a few times since installing it without busting.

This is an excellent knob for use in any high heat application. It is wide and tall enough to give you a good firm grasp on the pans that you apply these to. I have a medium size griddle and could not find any type of rectangular griddle cover, so I bought a bake pan, drilled a hole in the center and added this handle. It works beautifully.
