DISAPPOINTING: I was really excited to get 2 sets of these double wall seafood trays but was very disappointed at how quickly they sweat, don't seem to keep cold, leave water on surfaces, and came with dings in them. I expected better quality for the price. Otherwise, these are fine for things that aren't cold, but are way overpriced for just an aluminum tray with dings. They aren't great for seafood and seem to make little difference in keeping temperature.
