It worked great for 3 years! Then the handle broke. They don't sell a replacement handle. So no longer usable. I'll go back to buying the cheaper ones.

I was debating between this chafer and another lower cost one. It's absolutely worth it to spend the extra money. It opens smoothly and silently. It also has ventilation at the top so food does not get soggy
