Lasted for about 1 year. Not bad and as expected. You can easily fit 2 14-inch pizzas side by side.

Very nice Pizza Peel. Works very well and the angle on the front is perfect. We bought the 8" and wish I had bought a wider one, but it works wonderfully and has held up very well.

This long wood pizza peel was simply perfect to make a beautiful wall sign for our nonprofit bakery lobby. In combination with other 2 peels I created a wall to communicate our social mission, what we stand for and what skills our cadets learn in our job readiness program.

I use this for loading baguettes, country loaves, and assorted breads. It's solid and is a great shape for what I need. Easy to maneuver and handle for it's size, and sturdy without being too heavy.

This product is great for our bakery. We use it for putting bread inside the oven and taking it out. We use it constantly. They eventually break but we sure get a lot of use out of them. Highly recommend, especially for high use!

Perfect peel for making stromboli or pinwheels or the like. I do not use it all the time but this is the best brand on the market and I love their pizza peels. Cannot go wrong with American Metalcraft.

Great, use it for pizza oven. Just recently used it to start loading dough into the bread oven. Great multi use peel that has a generic presentation, to make your own.

The American Metalcraft wooden pizza peel is huge! 22 x 36" in size is a perfect match for getting those large brick oven pizzas out.

We use to make Turkish Pizza, called pide. It is not wasy to find and not cheap. The price and the quality is incredible. We use it for strombolis also.

We have ordered these pizza peels many times due to the fact that they split in half. Our employees like to cut full sheet pan pizzas right on the wooden peel. As a result the peel splits with the direction of the grain. Perhaps where the glue seams are. All though the overall mill-work is satisfactory & the shape and finish is great, our complaint is that they do not hold up to the wear and tear of a pizzeria.

These are excellent for loading and unloading pizza deck ovens that are 36" deep - thousands of loads on ours and they are just starting to show weakness.
