How can I properly care for this pizza peel?
Hand wash with a soft cloth and dry thoroughly. To seal, wipe with food safe oil, like mineral oil, on the surface of the peel. This is a great pizza peel I’ve been using it for a long time and it’s overall quality is amazing the cost is great too so it’s very affordable to have back ups .
These are the best pizza peels on the market. I have tried purchasing other brands that cost less to see if they would compare, and they do not. Much better to spend the extra money for a better product. I do tend to go through these a lot but we have a high volume of pizzas getting pulled with this peel so I always have extra because they will wear down if you use it the amount that my restaurant does.
This wooden peel is very good quality. We use it to put light weight pizza as well as heavier pizza and sheet trays. It typically holds up for a reasonable amount of time.
