Nicely made peel with smooth surface. So far they have held up well. Just don’t set them on top of your oven or immerse in water as the glue will give up after time and they will split!

Perfectly functional, but I remember these being made of heavier wood in the past. This peel is for putting pizza onto your stone. You'll still want a very thin stainless peel for taking them out.
