These stainless steel holders are very sturdy. They are not flimsy and are dishwasher safe. You can flip them around depending on the amount of tacos you want to hold. I have even put them in the oven for my tacos to keep them warm. Would definitely purchase more of these instead of the ones that are plastic as these are more versatile. These work very well. Sturdy and easy to clean. Love being able to switch from 4 or 5 tacos. They fit on a full sheet tray for easy transport after they're loaded.
