Accommodating Interior

Hi, I’m Steven Stohrer and I’m vice president of U.S. sales here at ACP. ACP is a manufacturer or Amana Commercial and many master, commercial high-speed microwave ovens. We have a couple of options to program the oven. The new ACP web app allows you to transfer the information via USB flash drive or Wi-Fi. Another way to program the oven is simply in a manual mode. To manually create a recipe, turn the oven on and wait for it to preheat. Press the program save pad. Then, press the desired pad that you’d like programmed. I’m going to press the time entry pad to program the amount of cook time, and then we’re going to press the temp entry pad to enter the desired cooking temperature. Then, of course, press the power level pad to program the desired level of microwave power. Remember, pads one through nine represent 10% to 90% microwave oven power level. 0 turns the microwave energy off and operates the oven at convection only. We’re going to then press the stage pad. Enter the cook time temperature and power levels as in previous steps for additional stages if desired. Staged cooking allows for necessary cooking procedures such as thawing, and before actually cooking an item, press the program save pad to save the program. To modify user options on the oven, the oven must be in standby mode. Open and close the door, and then press the hidden pad located directly to the left of the preheat on/off pad. Press the number pad that controls the desired option to be changed. Then, press the program save pad to save all changes.
