I actually don't know how good or bad the product is so the 2 Star Rating might be unfare, I never had the opportunity to use it. Make sure you understand the limitations of this product. I didn't realize, nor was it specified on this site, that it wouldn't work on my model of Alto Shaam oven. Apparently Webstaurant can send it TO you, but you can't send it BACK to them. SOmething about DOT Regulations (funny how it's ok to ship to me but I can't ship back to them!) The result is you get to keep a item that is of no use to you. Happy happy, joy joy!
