These Alto-Shaam CE-46991 cleaning tabs help keep your Combitherm oven spotless and running efficiently so you can continue to cook meat, vegetables, and more to perfection! These tabs boast a powerful new formula with sodium hydroxide that quickly removes even the toughest grease, carbon, and burnt-on food from your oven's interior, and they come in 75 gram packets for simple application while removing mixing and measuring from the equation so you don't have to worry about using too little or too much cleaner. These upgraded cleaning tabs are more powerful, concentrated, and require less tablets for cleaning programs than the old CE-36354 model.
Best of all, application couldn't be any easier! Simply place the appropriate number of tablets into the oven 's cavity drain and follow the directions outlined in the cleaning instructions.
