This smoker uses real wood chips to produce flavorful smoke for an authentic taste and appearance. The built-in smoker timer allows you to easily and precisely infuse mild, medium, or heavy smoke flavors into different recipes and products, including cold fish and cheese. For added convenience, this unit automatically shifts to hold mode once the cook time has been reached. It can also accommodate overnight smoking, cooking, and holding, helping you to save time and reduce operating costs. Plus, to help get you started, the unit comes with complimentary sample bags of wood chips.

This cook and hold oven uses Halo Heat® technology to provide better food quality and higher yields. Instead of using high heat elements, humidity, or fans, radiant heat is utilized for a gentler cook that evenly surrounds the food. Maintain precise temperatures throughout the cooking and holding process for high-quality results every time. This unit has a temperature range of 200 to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and a hold temperature range of 85 to 205 degrees Fahrenheit. It smokes with real wood chips, and its built-in smoke timer allows you to adjust the amount of smokiness from mild to heavy!
Place Anywhere
With a ventless and waterless design, you can place the cook and hold oven anywhere. No traditional oven hood or outside venting is required, so you can save on hood installation and operating costs. A waterless design further reduces installation and operating costs with no plumbing, drains, filtration, or associated maintenance.

This unit requires a 208/240V/1 electrical connection.
