Dutch-Jell Natural Pectin Mix 40 lb.

This pectin did not set up on any of the flavors that I tried it on. I sell jams and jellies at a local farmer's market and had to remake all 75 jars with another pectin. Not to mention that when the package arrived, the bag was loose and there was pectin all over the box. Not a happy customer at all.

Bulk pectin is the way to go! Makes processing jelly so easy instead of using those small containers from the grocery store. Great price when buying in bulk like this!

Solid consistency with the amount of sugar used. I generally have issues with jams and jellies firming up because the pectin didn't activate with the sugar I used. This one works very well, just remember to always follow instructions.

A great pectin for a very affordable price! Perfect for making jams and jellies. We also use it to make homemade marshmallows and gum drops.
