This is our go-to sour mix. It requires refrigeration but being organic, that's a trade off I'll take. It's flavor is perfect and the balance of sour to sweet is exactly what you'd expect. Some others are too heavy handed in the sour or the sugar, neither of which is good for a proper amaretto sour. This stuff lasts a long time and you won't find it at a better price anywhere.
