Use this Shurtape AF 975 1.88" x 50 yards silver cold temperature HVAC contractor-grade aluminum foil tape to complete projects in your workspace. This HVAC contractor-grade tape is ideal for metal and sheet metal repairs, metal ductwork service, and projects involving joining and sealing aluminum-backed or fibrous insulation. Designed for long-term use, this tape has a great shelf life and an indefinite product life once applied. It features a non-contaminating, siliconized, flat, white paper release liner that prevents the tape from sticking to itself. Its resistance to water vapor, odor, and smoke transmission makes this tape great for use in harsh settings.

This aluminum foil tape uses a cold temperature, white, acrylic-based adhesive. With a thickness of 4 mil without the liner (7.5 mil with the liner) and a tensile strength of 33 lb. per inch of width, this tape offers durability while remaining easy to cut and apply. It has 64 oz. per inch of width adhesion to stainless steel and 6% elongation. Plus, its backing is constructed of dead-soft aluminum foil with a thickness of 2 mil.
