Perfect for pizzerias and bakeries, the Advance Tabco PR10-3ST half height bun pan rack provides both storage and work space. Its angle tray guides hold up to 10 full size or 20 half size sheet pans and are on 3" spaces, allowing you to store a wide variety of product. From cookies to breadsticks, pans of product are easy to slide into the guides and are easy to remove, great for any fast-paced business.
This particular rack features a smooth, stainless steel worktop perfect for countless applications. Use it to temporarily store empty pans and other prep supplies, or use it to place pans straight out of the oven when turning a batch of your most popular order. Because it's stainless steel, the worktop is even easy to wipe down at the end of the night.
To keep up with the demands of a commercial kitchen, this rack is made of extruded aluminum. It's also fully welded for structural strength. A set of 5" diameter casters are included too, enabling mobility for maximum convenience. Easily move the pans to wherever you need them and always keep the worktop in arm's reach for an extra work surface. Plus, because they swivel, the casters make it easy to navigate the rack through narrow hallways and other cramped back-of-house areas.
