Advance Tabco K-60 Details
This Advance Tabco K-60 wall-mount faucet features a convenient swivel gooseneck nozzle with an 8 1/2" spread! It's high polish finish looks great in any setting! The basic red and blue knobs are easy to turn and their compact design ensures that they won't get in your way. This means that you'll have full use of your entire sink bowl. It requires holes punched on 4" centers for installation. Both hot and cold water connections are also needed for operation.

I ordered this faucet instead of the identical Regency brand faucet that I have because the Regency brand hot water side was junk from the get go. I had to constantly play with it until it stopped working. This faucet was installed a little less than 2 weeks ago and already the hot water doesn't work. The spec sheet of this faucet says it's made of chrome plated brass but it's the same cheap plastic that the Regency faucet is made of. It's obvious to me that this is the same faucet as the Regency although it was shipped directly by Advance Tabco. Customer service does have a replacement on it's way and I was told there were no replacement parts available. Pretty crappy
