Perfect for hand sinks, bar sinks, and more, the T&S K-1118 heavy-duty wall mount faucet! It features an 8 1/8" swing-style, low-profile nozzle, and the basic red and blue knobs have a compact design that ensures that they won't get in your way. This means that you'll have full use of your entire sink bowl. It requires holes punched on 8" centers for installation. Both hot and cold water connections are also needed for operation.

This has been a good faucet, as we've had it in for a year now. One thing to note; if you get the handle extensions (K-316LU), to make it (more)ADA compliant, you should know that the handles, when turned "full on," will get in the way of the 14" swing spout if you swing it too far to one side or the other, essentially turning the handle to about "half-on." But the finish still looks like new and I'm very pleased with this faucet.

This is the hardest faucet I have ever installed. First of all it is suggested but not mandated the installation kit be purchased. This is a failure of the website. Even after purchasing a T & S 1/2(b=0230-K) model inch installation kit and trying it four times, the rear connection still drips. I have pans beneath the rear of this faucet to catch the drip and am trying to figure out what to do next. I came very close to calling the credit card company and cancelling the sink and faucet portion of this order and letting Webstaurant.com website figure out how to take the sink back. I do not recommend any faucets from here.
