These fry up well in either cast iron pan with a little oil or in an air crisper; I use them to make fairly good " steak" sandwiches with loads of mayo lettuce and tomato and onion. But they probably were designed to be served topped with gravy and plated with mashed potatoes etc. I have never tried them that way and will not buy them again.
