Terrible quality chips & smoker. We even purchased new chips to use with the smoker and it does not produce like most smokers. We will be sending them back.

Smoke em if you got em. Easy to use. Even my worse bartender could use this!
Seems like a simple product, but it does not create any smoke whatsoever. I have made multiple attempts, and while there's an aroma of smoke in the glass, visually there is absolutely none, which I was assuming was the whole point of this product. Watched videos on how to use it, in case I'm doing something wrong, but no...it simply doesn't transfer smoke into the glass.
