It is made of a heavy-duty 14-gauge stainless steel. The double shelf stand offers two 48" shelves to store equipment, seasonings, or platters. Combined with the four included casters, this shelf can help make mobilizing equipment and goods a breeze. Once ready to cook, there are two casters that come with locking brakes.
