Aarco A-311 42" x 18" Oak A-Frame Sign Board with Black Marker Board

we're using this board inside. i read reviews first of other products and saw some concerns about sign quality, so i went with this Aarco which was more expensive. while it's only used inside, it seems sturdy and well built. clearly it's not flimsy. the board itself is working well, it's fairly new but i like the writing surface and the black is dark and provides a good contrast to markers. this sign is tall and narrow so keep that in mind for what you are writing. i liked this shape because it's not typical so it might be more noticed. so far i'm pleased

This sign works well to display announcements and information for customers. We use chalkboard markers to write on it and that seems to work pretty well. Sometimes, it does reflect a lot of light and makes it hard to read, but overall we are happy with it.

This board is perfect for showcasing your products. We applied velcro to it and use it to display large photos of our ice cream desserts.

Very sturdy liquid marker board. Please note that this is NOT for CHALK! It is great with liquid marker! It wipes down very easy and there is no set up at all! Just take it out of the box and you have a great sign!

We purchased this street board for a coffee shop after our first sign board kept blowing over and was destroyed within in a few months. This board is great size for downtown sidewalk. The sign is sturdy, easy to write on and erase, and is durable.

We have been using this sign outdoors for about 2 months. It works great with chalk markers. Wipes clean. Glass-like surface. The best thing about it is its narrow shape. We are not allowed to block the sidewalk in our city and we can put this out without taking up too much room on the sidewalk. It even fits under the awning over or door so we can leave it out in the rain. The oak finish (which I assume has a polyurethane layer over it) it starting to fade and peel slightly along the top from being caught in the rain for a few minutes once in awhile before somebody runs out and brings it in. The Georgia sun does not help either. I should have lightly sanded the top and added an extra coat of polyurethane to it when I got it. I will probably do this in the next month before it starts to bother the actual wood.

This board is perfect for our narrow sidewalk. To note, it's not a real chalkboard surface. It's shiny and smooth. But it erases SO easily that I'm no longer bothered by that!

This is a great board and a wonderful value. We wanted something that could withstand the elements (snow, rain, wind), yet be attractive in a busy village. Colors go on the marker board beautifully and clean up easily.

This is an excellent board that truly will help drive people into your restaurant. Regardless of the color markers used, they go on very nice and clear, making it easy to read. Great to put specials on.
