This is a good size tray. The cavities are large enough to accommodate all my truffles but not so large that they jostle around in transit. The one thing I would point out is that some trays have small plastic “strings/hairs” along the edge that may get on the truffles. We make sure to check the edges before using so that customers don’t think its human hair.
I’m beyond happy with the price and the quality of this trays. My chocolates looks a lot better than before, more professional, I can guarantee to my clients quality because the flavors won’t mix and I’m happy because I just have compliments and no complaining! Thank you!
