I use this for sour dough bread making. Works fine. The only issue I have are the sticker they put on them are nearly impossible yes impossible I would say to get the sticky residue off. I haven’t tried paint thinner yet to get it off. I have soaked and scrubbed but still left with sticky residue. Other than that does the job.
