Details

This 5 3/4" x 5 1/2" fryer basket divider is a must-have for any restaurant serving up fried foods! Instead of waiting for a fryer basket to free up and potentially delaying an order, you can use this divider to put multiple orders in a single basket without the risk of them getting mixed up. Use it to do separate orders of the same food, or to partition off the basket for different types of foods. Sometimes you need to fry up only small amounts of similar foods, too, and this divider is great for those applications. Split up fried clams and shrimp, or sweet potato and regular fries for maximum efficiency. It secures easily into most fryer baskets with a 5 3/4" - 6 1/2" top width, making it compatible with baskets and fryers from a wide range of popular brands.

Kind of a gimmick item. I would much rather by the thin narrow basket if I’m trying to divide products up in my fryer. This item has found its way to the shelf and I can’t bring myself to toss it in the trash. Would be a decent product for the weekend chef doing fish fry’s a couple times a year so they could do fish and hush puppies or something but definitely not for tru professional kitchens
