This kit comes with (6) 3.2 oz. liquid griddle Quick Clean packets. To start the cleaning process, first squirt the liquid onto a medium-hot griddle between 300 - 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then watch as the powerful bubbles lift and loosen stubborn burnt-on food soil and grease from the griddle surface.
Griddle Pad
For all of your cleaning needs, this kit comes with (6) 4" x 5 1/4" heavy-duty cleaning pads and (1) 16" multi-purpose pad holder. Attach the heavy-duty griddle pad to the pad holder and apply light pressure to gently scour the griddle. The included griddle pad is among the first and only scouring pads to be certified as food safe and fit for purpose by HACCP International.
Squeegee
Finally, to leave the griddle clean, use the squeegee to push the remaining liquid into the grease trough. When compared to alternative methods, this simple 3 step process is safer for workers and food, quicker and easier, and even more cost effective.

Exceptional starter kit comes with everything you need from 3M to clean griddles. The cleaning liquid works well to lift grease and grime from the surface of the griddle without much scrubbing with the pads.
Love this stuff! Works great! This stuff melts everything like nothing and makes my griddle shine almost like brand new. Very much recommended for flat top griddles.

This stuff works great! YOu have to make sure that the griddle isn't too hot though, or too cold. It needs to be bubbling, that's what lifts up all of the grime. Be aware that the pads also kind of disintegrate on the flat top if they get too hot.
We are happy with this griddle cleaning kit. It's a good idea to thoroughly clean your griddle every night. The liquid does a good job at lifting the burnt on food. Make sure you keep your hood exhaust fans on when cleaning your griddle. Be careful not to melt the rubber on the squeegee. Webstaurant sells the liquid packets and scrubbing pads separately. We would definitely buy again. Hope this helps
3m 710 scotch-brite cleaning system is a must if you own a griddle. It is very simple to use where gloves when using the cleaner and stock on it befor the price goes up.
Very convenience item to have in the kitchen. We use this item about once a week for a through cleaning of our grills. Grill comes out perfectly clean.
Great kit here! The chemical packs make our griddle sparkle and the pads are strong enough to handle the recommended 350 degrees. No gunk or stain is too strong for these guys. I recommend buying the 4 1qt 701 cleaner when you buy this kit, as the packets won't last long.
