I enjoy buying this product evetime because its in packed in oil and not in water even though you have the same product in water. I like the fact that you have a choice. I prefer the one in oil because it give it a different flavor. Being Italian, we love garlic and this is easy and I cook everything with garlic.

This was the most horrible tasting garlic I have ever used in life. We use garlic for our garlic bread. This tasted fishy. My husband and I could not figure out why our cheese bread tasted and smelled so bad, then we realized we had just added this in it for the first time. Never again!!!!!

This is the most horrid tasting and smelling garlic in a jar that I have ever used. The citric acid, tho needed for preservation is overwhelming and its all you can taste. Too bad I'm stuck with a whole case of this. I purchased this based on the reviews...buyer beware. this stuff is gross.

Very finely ground and expertly mixed blend. Works very well on Italian dishes and with a good cut of fish too. This is very potent and has a strong flavor and smell.
Great product, great price, full of flavor. The large jar will last in our kitchen for many recipes. I like to put a dash in my scrambled eggs.

This is the best minced garlic in oil. It continues to stay fresh time and time again after opening the container. The oil keeps it from drying up, just make sure to drain the oil when cooking!
