Every kitchen that uses probe thermometers needs to keep probe wipes on hand. These disinfecting wipes will eliminate the spread of bacteria and will keep your thermometers clean until the next use. Made to be several inches in length, our food probe wipes are also compact and don't take up a lot of space in your kitchen. You can keep a pack near your receiving station or meat prep station to ensure all of your thermometers can be sanitized correctly.

Probe wipes help you adhere to HACCP regulations because they prevent cross-contamination between foods. Use a wipe after reading the temperature of raw meat, cooked meat, or any item that needs to stay at proper serving temperatures. Simply toss the wipe away when you're done for easy cleanup. We offer wipes in bulk packs or cases, so you can be sure you have plenty for your staff to use at every station.

Choose from individually wrapped probe wipes or a container that features a pull top design. Each time you remove a wipe from the pull top container, another one appears which makes it easy for staff to grab one with a single hand.
