Other Salad Bar Equipment and Accessories
Use a portable salad bar to set out a selection of leafy greens, chopped vegetables, shredded cheeses, croutons, condiments, coleslaws, and dressings. These food stations are ideal for any establishment that offers a self-serve salad station. They’re great for use in your cafeteria, dining hall, pizzeria, or banquet room, and, since they’re attached to casters, staff members can easily transport them from one location to the next. Caterers can also use a mobile salad bar at any wedding reception, luncheon, or catered dinner.
Almost every portable salad bar we offer includes a sneeze guard that helps shield contents from contaminants. Many of these guards are also double sided to allow guests to access contents from either end of the unit. Additionally, you can choose between standard or low-height models, which allow younger guests to reach the contents of the salad bar. Best of all, each mobile salad bar we carry features thick insulation to prevent ice from melting and to keep contents chilled for hours at a time.
