Winco 12" x 12" x 2" Aluminum Square Cake Pan

So far so good. This pan is great for brownies. It bakes evenly and makes it so much easier to remove the pan without it slipping. The reason for the 4 stars? The measurements are actually: 11.75 x 11.75, not 12 x 12. Measurements matter so it makes a difference to be missing a .25 of an inch. I wanted 4 x 3 or 3 x 3 brownies and kept wondering why my last row was thinner than the rest...then I broke out my trusty ruler. Seems like a small issue but it is very noticeable. When people are paying for a product of an expected size, I don't want to be accused of shrinkflation! lol! Otherwise, highly recommended pan.

We have been using these types of pans for 3 years and they are great. Hold up to all the washing, banging around on shelves in a kitchen and the perfect corner is the best part. Would recommend

I picked this up to make chocolate truffles as all of my recipes called for a 12x12 size. These work great and I can pair them with parchment paper to easily remove my chocolates. The edge is a bit sharp, but not a huge problem. just wish they nested easier for storage.
