Provide high-performing and reliable food waste management to your establishment with this Red Goat Model F food waste disposer. This disposer is ideal for small restaurant kitchens or salad prep areas in large kitchens. It features heavy aluminum grind and discharge housings with 4 bolts that fasten the motor to the grinder chamber, allowing for easy removal. This disposer features a 4 1/2" throat size.

Thanks to this disposer's tight tolerance in its cutting mechanism, it allows for approximately 1/8" or less of waste to pass through. This disposer also has a 6 3/8" diameter flywheel with slots that undercut the shredder ring to assure particles are cut to proper size before passing to the drain line. Its 2 bolt-on reversible impact bars help extend the life on wearing parts. This disposer features stainless steel legs and feet that can adjust from 0" to 2" and a stationary shredder ring that's 1 3/4" high with 4 machine ground primary action breaker bars and 42 secondary action grinding teeth.

This disposer has a heavy-duty, reversing motor that operates at 1,725 RPM and 3 hp. It also has thermal overload protection with a manual reset button, mechanical seals to eliminate seal failures, and 1/2" NPT, handling 3 GPM at 20 PSIG. Additionally, a chrome-plated brass tail-piece is provided for connection to a 1 1/2" standard drain trap. This unit requires a 208-230/460V, 3 phase electrical connection.
