Ingredients
- Ice
- 1 ounce Monin wild strawberry syrup
- 2 ounces matcha green tea powder (or 1 ounce Monin matcha concentrate)
- 4 ounces oat milk
Optional Toppings
- 1/4 cup oat milk cold foam
- Pink lustre dust
- Freeze-dried strawberry slices
Directions
- In shaker, combine 8 oz. oat milk with 1 oz. matcha concentrate .
- Pour over glass filled 3/4 way with ice.
- In another shaker, combine 2 oz. premade cold foam with 2 pumps or 1/2 oz. strawberry syrup. Shake to combine/froth.
- Pour strawberry cold foam over top of the matcha latte .
- Top with a sprinkle of pink luster dust and some freeze-dried strawberries .
