Scratch and Dent Bar Maid A-200 Upright Bar Glass Washer - 115V

Two seasons of use, 8 months, product burned out. Out of warranty, company refused to help.

These are great glass washers when they work. If you get one get the longest warranty available if no long warranty is available do not get it. The gears are made of cheap plastic . The gears that spin the brushes are the most important component. Every four or five months the gears get stripped and stop spinning then it goes in for service and it’s a big project. Ironically the one I bought for 1/4 of a price last just as long before it breaks .

zero stars, just received this finally. Plugged it in, the motor got really hot and the brushes never moved. Contacted webstaurant customer service, told had to contact bar maid, contacted bar maid and was after hours. and now it's out of stock! never ordering a high price item from here again with this kind of service for an item we received broken. Basically received zero help instead of making it right.

lasted 3 years. I expected more out of it. Water got into the switch and the motor housing. This is pretty well designed and could be great if the motor was properly protected and sealed - after all it is submersible.

Ordered, arrived quickly in good shape. Functions just as it should, replaced same model only 18 years old. Hope this one lasts as well. Bartenders love these auto brushes.

It was great at first, but it didn't last. Stopped working shortly after the warranty expired. Very disappointing

Great Bar Cleaner!! Every bar needs a professional washer like this one. Helps save on time cleaning and glasses come out super clear and clean. I do like that the motor is out of the water/ suds. We had the bar maid before with motor in the water and would have to clean it constantly just because it would get hard water stains and looked nasty.

Such a work horse! This bar glass cleaner can withstand a busy weekend full of dishes. On Friday and Saturday nights, this little guy never stops running. Our bartenders would not be able to keep up without it. Great purchase!

Awesome product. made in the u.s.a. My old one was 22 years old and still worked! I was having to replace the gears every couple years on the old one. The new one should be good for 10-15 years if its like the other one. This one is even more quiet than the old one also. I also highly recommend bar maids liquid soap. works great and is a lot cheaper than the tablets I used to use.

We purchased this Bar Maid after the one we bought 1 1/2 years ago stopped working. If you buy a Bar Maid make sure you get the warranty mailed in within 21 days of purchase or else there is no warranty. We like the way the Bar Maid cleans our glassware. This model was more affordable and the motor is not immersed under water - which we feel will help it last longer.

This has been a good bar glass washer. We have been using it for several years now and we have been very happy with it.

We've used bar maids to wash our glassware for 26 years now! The can run expensive, but we got a great deal on webstraunt!

So worth the additional cost. These last longer than the "knock-off" brands and should you need service, they have competent people that want to help; and in a timely manner!

I am very pleased with this glass washer. It has held up well to a very high capacity, busy summer restaurant on the beach. It cleans all of our glassware very well. It is easy to use and not noisy at all. I would definitely buy this again!

Great option for the price. We prefer the nonsubmersible bar maids over the submersible. We haven't had an issue with this unit and we have had it for a while.

Quiet and powerful. This unit replaced a submursable one that was twice the cost which had siezed up because of water penitration. Motor is out of the bar soap to prolong life.

The Bar Maid is the best manual glass washer, hands down. We needed a FAST replacement after our old one finally stripped its gears. We ordered it up and had it 3 days later. OK, I'm too cheap to pay the expedited shipping. You cannot beat Webstaurant's price and service. They're the best!

i always buy bar-maid but this is a lite duty machine would be great for home bar but not for scale business the brushes broke

This bar glass washer is fantastic. And really inexpensive compared to a lot that are out there. Just pop it in the sink and you're ready to clean even the dirtiest glasses.
